<br/><br/> All over the world in general, and in Vietnam particular, accounting is always the most important and necessary tools to every activities. Every company needs a good accunting system in order to control their financial flows. However, due to many recent corporate collapses, public are questioning accounting systems. Most of the corporate collapses are because of unethical behavior of accountants. Do they have enough professional knowledge to do their job? What are the reasons of those unethical behaviors among accountants? This paper aims to analyzing the ethical issues in accounting; the reasons make accountants behave unethical and ethical educational challenges in accouting fields .
