N2  - Recently, a lot of discussion around the topic of a study on the need and the role of the auditing in the context of Vietnam and many researchers have studied the issues related to the audit because the audit benefits brought businesses as well as for the state in Vietnam and around the world. This study provides a summary of the literature on the need and role of the audit, and some research results of the study of factors affecting audit. Through extensive surveys, it provides conclusions about the necessity and role of audit in Vietnam. Finally, the study provides a number of recommendations to address these issues are limited
