<br/><br/> This thesis contains, as way of introduction, general information regarding the importance of cost management in decision making process in the corporation. It creates a foundation from which to discuss the status quo of cost management in Vietnam, including its definition, roles and tasks which affect the decision making of the corporation. The core investigation of this paper is to research, via the surveying the employers employees of the organization about four stages of cost management which closely support for making decision. This investigation includes the current situation, and impact factors with regards to the process of implementation. The recommendation were contain in chapter 5 of this study which include remedying of the low educational background of the management and accounting team in order to enhance and develop organization’s performances.
