Balanced Scorecard is a management tool that newly to many the developing countries, including Vietnam. It provides a mechanism for the selection of performance indicators that helps the managers evaluate the effectiveness of implementation strategies of an organization, and link the control operations with strategic for short term and long term of the business. In Vietnam, number of enterprises apply Balanced Scorecard are not too much. In this frame of work, I want to analyze how VietinBank aware and apply Balanced Scorecard into real actions.
