Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS) have been adopted and widely adopted in various countries in the world , but in Vietnam it is limited . In the trend of globalization and increasing completion between enterprises , Vietnam enterprises.need to raise effectiveness of management and optimize cost . So, more and mroremanagers realize the benefits and importance of implementing ERPS in enterprises.When joining WTO in 2007 , some enterprises of Vietnam have applied in ERPStoincrease their needs in restructuring operations as well as finding out the solution of competition . However, the ffectiveness of application is limied . Therefore , my study is aimed to research aboutdifficulties in implementing ERP systems in Vietnam , namely the business organization factors , people fators, and technical factors. Since then find the appropriate solutions for successful ERP implementation .From my study , I proposed an appropriaed research model. To test the proposed model , I cinduct an inverstigation by collecting survey from members of Vietnam Dairy products joint Stock Company ( Vinamilk ) which has been implementing ERP Successfully. Interviews and small- scale survey are the key sources of data Collection .The last , I analyzed the survey results using the statistical software Megastat-Excel.
