In Viet Nam, many managers do not realize that The implementation of social responsibility is a task that is impossible to be neglected on the way of approach to the business integration in Vietnam, because it's beneficial for business and society, especially in improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, Vietnam should have more responsibility for social and environmental issues due to the increasing of awareness and positive attitudes of managers, employees and citizens that shown in this research.
