Balanced Scorecard was a useful tool in many sections of business such as manufacturing, telecommunication, service, etc. Because balanced scorecard useful, so some Vietnam’s bank has using it to promote their business. Service industry in Vietnam may the first field apply balanced scorecard to improve its working performances. In this frame of work, I use some questionnaires and computerized program to analysis the awareness and implementation of some Vietnam service corporation. Through many analysis and discussions, I can infer the conclusion about reality situation of usage with Balance Scorecard in service industry of Vietnam. Plus, there are some recommendations at the end of the project for the sake of improving it. It is believed that Balanced Scorecard is a precious business tool that needs to be utilizing in any fields of business.
