For main stakeholders of any company, they must have the right choice in order to reach the best results. The stakeholders often based on the general information which company provides public. This information can be found in annual report which is updated on the company’s website. From the Income Statement, Financial Statement which is published on company’s website, investors and customers can partly know about the general activities of the company. This research is developed in order to find out the importance of the financial and nonfinancial performance to the investors and customers. In other words, this research can show the effect of the financial and nonfinancial information to decisions of investors and customers. There will be the lack of information which company gives to public. However, it is caused by some reasons of situation of each company. In this study, the research methodology contains the questionnaire. By using charters, this study found out the questions for problem statements that gave out. The recommendations were contained in chapter five of this study which include the change in providing information to the community, and the change of Vietnamese Law in time to publish information.
