This paper aims to explore the evaluation of accounting information system when companies apply accounting software. The research tries to find out the problem of accounting software when apply in companies such as cost, quality and service. At present, cost of accounting software is price right and acceptable. Although the size of companies is small or large, they can have the suitable accounting software. The quality of software is relatively good despite of some problem but it can fix in the future. The software’s service is tries to serve customer best. The research explores the difference between manual accounting system and computerized accounting system base on their knowledge about them. Therefore, they give some advice, and suggest improving accounting software and accounting information system.
