JIT brought a new trend of production method to manufacturing industry. With the application of JIT system, company can reduce the most cost and provide the best products and services to customers. In Vietnam, JIT was implemented to some company. In this research, researcher focuses on Toyota Vietnam Manufacturing (TVM) as the popular example of JIT implementation. Researcher sent 250 questionnaires for both managers and employees of TVM. The purpose of sending survey questions is finding the important of JIT and its’ benefits to TVM. According to the results and findings, JIT system is one of the best production system. It minimizes all cost of business process and also motivate employees as well as raise the business profit with the best servicing to customers.
